Well here we are in the grand metropolis of Birmingham, leaving Wolverhampton 07:30 on Wednesday we only had a short trip to Tipton ,but in front of us lay the Wolverhampton 21 that's twenty one locks a little daunting to say the least, we tackled it full on and luckily for us they were all set in our favor and in less than three hours we were at the top (EASY) ha ha that is easy for me to say as Heather did most of the work and we found ourselves on a flat and pleasant run into the moorings at the Black Country museum were we intended to stay for a forty eight hours, the facilities are vary good there showers washing machine ect and all we needed. We had a look round the museum and wend on the Dudley tunnel trip which was a fantastic experience and I need to tell you very reasonable 4.50 each. Thursday 09:30 we left the safe and pleasant surrounding of b/c museum bound for Gas street Birmingham only three locks and six mile of navigation and by lunch time we had arrived the weather was a mixed bag of warm sun shine and sharp showers some interesting buildings and canal workings that I fined very interesting not so Heather so i was under strict instructions not to deviate of the main line (spoil sport)of to look around now, keep blogging and let us know what you think
