Well we got up today and it was definitely shorts weather. Shame we haven't got any. We organised a couple of tickets for the hop on hop off double decker bus. This has become our favourite in each city, although you look like a total tourist, it is a great way to travel thru the city, see the sights and get a running commentary and then you can get off and spend extra time at any of the designated stops.

Miami is definitely alive and vibrant. Plenty of cashed up folks here too. Sunny warm weather and a definite party atmosphere. A walk along Ocean Drive in Miami Beach shows a strip alive with heaps of people and bars with cheap food and happy hour everywhere.

This is the number one stop for cruise ships in the world with over 10 million people every year stopping here on a cruise liner and they were all parked up on the wharf like Commodores at Centrelink in Gosnells.

We had a good walk around Miami beach, the marina, Bayside markets and south beach.
Miami beach area is all Art Deco 30's style buildings and has a pretty cool retro vibe.

They definitely cater to the beautiful here, so me and Jules fit right in, haha! We stopped at a bar called The Clevelander where they had a mostly naked chick getting body painted. FUN!

Returned home at 5 to freshen up for dinner.

Dinner at the Kitchen on Ocean Drive where we had cocktails bigger than our heads! This place is nuts. Luckily they give you plastic cups to take the rest home with you. Needless to say we had two big takeaway cups.
