Hurray we arrived in Cairns but we were sorry to part with our car! We checked into a lovely 5 star backpackers that had a lovely pool and gym. The next day we got a ferry ride out to the barrier reef and snorkelled all morning, after a delicious lunch we they went to the outer reef and snorkelled there it was breathe taking and the fish wonderful to see! We saw a turtle and some fish nearly as big as me!!! Luckly I did not see one shark much to my relief! We then got a helicopter ride back to dry land and had a spectacular view!! We then went out to party that night!!!
