Had another chill day by the pool today, Hannah spoke to our lady and we managed to get a free tuk tuk to the bus station tomorrow. At least we got something back.

Was meant to go look at some of the Wat's today but actually couldn't be bothered.

Went to the most awesome market last night, had so much stuff. Finally managed to find a cardigan! Then it literally bucketed it down got absolutely soaked. Was pretty fun though.

Oh dear, I hate it when ppl rip you off. One thing we learnt is that thais and other asians HATE confrontation. So if u kick up a bit of fuss and deman they refund you the difference they probably will because theyd rather that than have confrontation! You dont have to be rude, but just be firm and demand they refund you! lol. Sounds like u had fun in chiang mai, shame about the trekking. You could go trekking in sapa in north vietnam I think? You would have to go to hanoi first, then get a very long train up north. Think its around 8 hours. I know your not in vietnam yet. but any trains you want to book, book WAY in advance! Even a week in advance trains sell out. Check out seat61 website (google it) its AMAZING for train advice in vietnam. Helped us a lot. xxx
