It's just too pretty to leave here, and waking up to another beautiful day we decide we need to go golfing before heading to Georgetown.  The foliage is starting to come into full color and we never know how long this fall sunshine us going to last so we are looking for a golf course.[PHOTO_

Had a great day of golfing and then find that Georgetown is a bust!!!  Ike is swearing up and down the entire trip that Adam Richman, from his favorite TV show--Man Vs. Food, said that the best place for lobster in the US was in Georgetown, Maine.  Our GPS takes us to Georgetown and the silly little place is not even a town!!! We drive up and down, round and round, looking for any thing that even looks like a restaurant.  I keep saying to Ike "Did you notice that we are not even in sight of water anywhere"?  It is finally getting dark so we give up and head into the little seaside town of Bath, Maine.  Cruising down the street we ask a couple along the sidewalk where is a good place to eat?  They sent us to the Kennebec Tavern & Marina down on the waterfront.  It's not a "tavern" per say, but a very nice restaurant.  Used to be a tavern in the 1800's.  We have a fabulous lobster dinner (It's $30.00 for two 1 1/2 lb. lobsters, full dinner, etc--a great deal), visit with all the employees in the restaurant.  The people on the street that we asked about where to eat came in to ask if we liked it!  Had a great time and ended up "dry camping" in their parking lot for the night so we could just take off for New York in the morning.
