Picture this, you rock up in Rome at 10pm at night, one mate is looking out for his bag on the conveyer belt, its pretty much the last bag to come through. All set to roll, a quick bus picks you up and whisks you to Termini, otherwise known as the main station in Rome, you hope on the Metro after looking for it and you try and find Line B, a train passes you as it goes the right direction you are after, but decide to not get on it as you thought otherwise. You hardly speak any Italian and the bloke behind the counter has no idea what you are saying, you finally find out where to go. The train rocks up in front of you, intial reaction, what the fuck... graffiti all over this piece of shit, ok.. so you are a little alarmed that the town is not quite what you pictured. You are on the train, ... or subway.. and you find the right interchange point.... all this after waking up in Amsterdam, a tram, train, bus, plane ... you are now in another country. At the interchange you miss the last train and you are 25km from your destination! Faaaaaaaaark!

We ended up in Ostia which is located on the beach, outside of Rome and it is where we are based. The beach is so fucking awesome to be at, it kind of makes us feel at home again! The next day we sat for hours and hours drinking and just talking about our travels after Nick has met up with us! .. (Mate from back home in Adelaide..)

The trials and tribulations of being on tour! Loving every minuti of it!
