After a long sleep in till midday which I needed! We were quickly whisked to St.Fagans, tucked away around a 10 minutues drive from the centre of the town. It contains a lot of old Welsh history and St. Fagans castle. A very pretty place with a lot of activity going on inside it. The small village covers many square metres and it took us approximatley 2-3 hours to cover it all. Very picturesque scenery with a lot of photos to ensure the memories live on. St. Fagans contains the musem of Welsh Life which was pretty interesting! The castle was pretty cool, but not as cool as the castle which is in the centre of the city in Cardiff. As it is half term holidays for the kids here, it was full of the ankle biters, but I didn't get bitten so that was ok, but I did get some random red bug land on me.. I have yet to keel over so I don't think i'll die from it. The weather was pretty awesome at 22oC and the sun seems to be a bit more harsher over here.. fun was had! After St Fagans dinner was consumed, pizza, then onto the Walkabout Aussie pub and a few more beers at the Lava Lounge and the surrounding courtyard area. The Welsh nightlife is pretty awesome here, they even barracade the main street off Friday and Saturday nights for the party atmosphere to be at it's peak! for a city of 316,000 people they sure know how to do it properly. Adelaide with a tick over one million people should really be taking a leaf out of this cities book! Manchester is the next stop, then off to Glasgow, Dumfries, Auldgirth, Edinburgh, Glasgow, London, Frankfurt all within a week! Go Socceroos and the excitment is definately building to one of Australia's greatest sporting moments in history. Peace
