Annie finally found the Ajka crystal place she'd been looking for in Budapest! So happy :)

Tried very hard to get to the train on time. We checked out at 1pm & our train left at 1:24pm. We bought tickets from a lady who did not speak english; we then could not for the life of us figure out how to get to the train platforms. There was a girl who bought a ticket right after us and seemed in a hurry, so Annie yelled "Follow that girl!" We chased her & found the right area, only to have obviously missed our train. Shocker.

We wasted a couple hours in the station, discussing how quickly we become acclimated to our new environments (the cities and the train stations) and how silly we feel afterward for not having known how to get around in the first place.

Caught the next train. It was so packed that we had to sit in between train carts. Stand I mean. For about 45 min before the train emptied enough for seats to become available.

Made it to Vienna! We were rewarded at the train station with smoothies, Starbucks, and Subway.

After we settled in our apartment we strolled across the street to an Irish pub called Johnny's. Or Jeffery's, or Jeremy's, Jason's (since we accidentally said a new J name every time). There were Irish accented lads serving us brews right across the street from our amazingly minimalistic modern flat.

Satisfying night, now to bed so we can explore tomorrow!
