GREG'S BLOG
Hello again, Today we went on a lot of boats. : ) We woke up, and went to grab some brekky, and i had the usual, eight hash browns, and a rather generous, and enormous helping of beans, sided by a cold glass of milk. Yum. Then we wandered around to the concierge mans desk to book tomorrows outing to some cavey place. Then we waddled our way to some weird harbour place. We then obtained a cruise around the harbour, to spy on some buildings, including the Sydney bridge and opera house. Then we hopped on another boat to a place called Manly Beach. There was a lot of stuff here, and I had a Subway for lunch. Yay. I had a tuna and mayonnaise wrap, with added cucumber, and pepper. Good.
Then we went to the actual beach, and saw some stupid people out in the freezing sea, riding some waves. We sat around, enjoying watching the majority of them stack it every half a minute, for about 20 mins. Then we went back to the mainland, and tottered back to the hotel, picking up some dinner on the way. Then I typed this. JENNY'S BLOG Today was a very boaty day... because we spent much of our time, on a boat... Two boats in fact. The first boat went around the harbour, which was very, very boring (but mum seemed to enjoy it, so we had to come along anyway.) Phillip liked it too, but Greg and I found it VERY boring indeed. We came off of the boat, and went to see some funny Aboriginal-guys do some strange singing and dancing, in the street for money. We got on the next boat, which was worse than the first, as it had no tables. So i played on mummy's moblius telephonius(MOBILE PHONE) , which was very fun. When we got there, mum said that we could have an ice-cream, but somehow we ended up with a subway, which was her idea of a healthy lunch. (Bluuugh!) When we were eating her Subby-ways we saw a funny seagull; with one leg, that we christened "Hoppy"! Greg said that it had cut of it's own leg to get more sympathy from tourists, and therefore, more chips. And I gave him some muffin! When the other seagulls, found out that we were giving Hoppy crumbs, they rushed over to get some. We wandered around a couple of beaches. The second one, had some funny boogie-boarders, and surfery guys, that kept falling over. We tottered back to the ferry, went in a little shop, and bought some ice-creams. (Yay!) We gobbled them on the way back to the ferry, but Greggy-puss didn't want one, so he had a dollar instead, to spend on rubbish. (Tee hee hee!) We arrived home, gazed into the infinite depth of the telly(-tubby), while mum was in the bath. Then Greggy typed this for me. Night-Night. (P.S. The time is 20:10 pm)
PHILLIP'S BLOG I had quite a good day today, for we went on two boats (both were great). The first one - which was called Captain Cook Cruises - was really good because we went on a harbor cruise around Sydney. It told you about the places we saw, my favourite place the special rock, where they hanged a man and left his skeleton swaying in the wind as a warning to others - only for 4 years : > ( . The next boat was the Sydney Boats which took us half an hour, to get an small island (still Australia) called Manley. FACT: Mr. Rushby (my sports teacher) used to play volleyball on it's beach. When we got home we watched a lot of TV (YAY!) while Mum was in the bath
P.S. Jenny jumped on Greg and he farted as soon as she hit him!!!!! : ) More thumbnails ...
