In the past week I have had next to no sleep, been running my butt off trying to get all the last minute details finished up and trying to buy everything i need for my trip. I thought I was doing pretty well, then all of a sudden, I had to buy a new laptop and camera. I had purchased a new camera a couple weeks ago only to forget it on the bus within a day or so. But this time, I bought my laptop, got a great deal from a friend who owns a computer shop (Bryson Dockrill, On-Site Computers, Belleville, ON) and then i bought a new camera yesterday. It was pretty nice! Fujifilm finepix s700 superzoom with 10x optical zoom and 7 megapixels. It was about $400... and then someone stole it from inside my house last night!
I had left it with a friend because i knew i'd be drinking and figured i might forget it. i was home an hour later than expected so my friend left it hanging on the inside of my front door out of sight. I came home from my going away party not 45 minutes later to find it gone. $400 and had it less than 12 hours, two new digital cameras in about 3 weeks gone. I can't believe this!!! Now I have a choice, pay my bills or get a camera. I can't afford this kind of thing at all. I am so screwed. HELP!!!:'(
