Oops, Paraguay is a no-goer.

the local "authorities" on the border crossing are looking too much in bribe money!!!!! Obviously they haven't heard of the Good Friday Agreement.

So we have decided to stay in Argentina and head overland to Resistencia and onwards from there, only a wee 12 hour bus journey. But we're used to it, that's normally how long it takes Translink to get you to Carrick.

Next stop: Resistencia
