From the riches of the vatican down the spanish steps eating a pizza and jumping up and down at the colloseam Rome lived up to its reputation with having mind blowing photo oppertunities at least around every second corner.. Thousands of tourist flok the streets with there camera in the on hand and there gelato in the other stairing the trevi fountain up and down (like die frence do with foreighners).
My train ride to rome was only about one and a half hours that i spent between pages 130 and 180 of my new book.. My bungalow was just outside of rome on sunset hill camping site.. at first i thought it quite a drag having to travel 20 min to the centre but after meeting some fun people and hitting the bar on the camping site it all seemed worth it.
The next morning a guy i met from Newzeland and i went to explore rome . Who ever said rome cant be conquered in a day because after the vatican we hit trevi fountain , spanish steps , a bunch of other cool stuff and finally the great coloseam.. we ended the day with a grilled chicken , a cheap bottel of wine , some dodgy mayo and 4 doughnuts wile doing some laundry hehe great times
My last day in rome i took the chance to just chill out in the italian sun and read gathering some energy for my next destination on my euro trip. Im off to VENICE not knowing what to expect and loving it ..
