Now, i think it's been fairly obvious, that i've not been Beijing's biggest fan so far.. it's a great city, but with a combination of crowding, weather and polution it kind of beat me with a big stick. What i needed was country air and wide open spaces... and guess what... That's exactly what we've found, i'm so happy! \

Were in a small Chorley sized town, set in amongst some of the craziest mountains/rocks that you've seen. Climbers paradise! The sky has been blue, the sun out and humidity down. Bliss. The pace of life is less hectic as well. I almost felt compelled to answer an advert requesting an English teacher for 2 months. only problem is that i'm only here 2 nights :(

Were off on a cycle/raft tour of the surrounding countryside in the morning which has been arranged by our hotel.. yes, that's right, HOTEL.. probably 2* in england, and just 1.30 a night. FANTASTIC! were livin the life now!
