Booked with Clyne Farms to go horse-back riding on the beach.  But first we had to get our skills evaluated because when the horses see the wide open expanse of beach, they want to gallop.  I was all for this.  But it wasn't meant to be apparently.  I've never ridden an English saddle before and it's been years since I've ridden a horse.  Same with Jacqui.  So the instructor said she wasn't comfortable signing off on us riding on the beach.  But we could go for a hack through the woods.  Figured that was better than nothing.

Man it was a miserable day...raining and cold all day.  Pretty much from when we entered Wales, it was raining on us...maybe Scotland will be better?  The forecast calls for no rain, but it's still supposed to be cold, so wish us luck

I'm telling ya...almost as soon as we left Wales (maybe a little after) the weather cleared up. It's still cold (we're in Paisley near Glasgow right now) but it's beautiful out!

I am so pleased for you! It can be miserable when the weather is bad! (You just have to deal with it being colder than England & Wales - sorry!)
