I headed to Virginia to visit those College girls who have no pants parties. Sadly there was no, no pants party....   But i did have a good time! I left nashville on another "overnight" bus. I've mastered sleeping on a bus. Im so good at it im to release a book - "Brett Harden - Bus sleeping for bums".

The girls were based in Harrisonburg, but the bus only went to Charlotesville(an hour south). I killed time and saw the movie Babel (a shite movie I must say with Japanese girls showing off their goods). Then Jesse, Laura and Lindsay came and picked me up. I stayed the weekend in Harrisonburg at Jesse's place with her college roomates. It was a taste of college life. I was taken to the greatest place in the world. D-Hall!!!  D-Hall is like Pizza hut all you can eat times 10000! Its all you can eat whatever you want. Pizzas, Noodles, Ice Cream, Cookies, Burgers. Its insane. Probably the greatest place on earth.

College in the US is so different to back home. People hang out and do stuff together. They have clubs and social get togethers and things. When i think of back home everyone just went to uni and then went home. Everyone still hangs out with their school mates.   I was taken to a band thing one night. It was a punky sort of band with saxophones and stuff if that makes sense. The weird thing was that they played Land Down Under. I can't escape that song!

The drinking age is really wierd in the states. You see these massive guys who look about 28 with huge crosses marked on the back of their hands so show that their not allowed to drink because their under 21 and I look about 16 and i can drink.

I did feel a little weird being round all these 20-21 year olds. I had these vision in my head of myself being Wil Ferrel - Frank the tank.

All the girls were too nice. Wouldn't let me pay for anything. I didnt take any photos at all. Just chilled out.   Dont have too much more to say. Got a taste of college life.
