1. View from Bus

Went to the bus stop at bled at 7:30 in the morning for the 7:30 bus. The bus didnt come for another hour. I walked up to the driver and said Ljubljana. He shook his head no. As the bus was about to take of he called out to me and pointed at his head and nodded. Apparently i must have said it wrong. Took a bus to some place then he pointed to another bus and yelled out to his mate and i got on that one. After an hour or so of busses i arrived in Ljubljana. The day before i had been planning to goto Piran in slovenia. Ciaran who i had been travelling with before said to go and the book said it is a must stop. It also said it was packed with tourists. The day before i looked up hostels and found the place booked out. I rang up one hostel and he answered with a "yeah?". He was also really rude after and said he would only hold my booking if i made it there by the time i estimated. So on the way to Ljubljana i decided to skip it and head to croatia, to a place called the Spit which i heard was alright.

3. Busy street

The bus didnt leave for the spit till nearly 8pm. It was an overnight bus. So i just bummed around Ljubljana for the 11 hours i was there. Put my bag in storage and walked around the town, up to the castle, bummed around some more. It was a pretty place, canals, 3 bridges in a row, lots of old buildings. See pics. Ate some dodgy hamburgers at a kebab place and had more maccas! Thats all i have to say in this one.
