15.03 - As everyone from the bus yesterday has moved on now, I am left here on my own today. There will be no Stray bus either because it doesn't run today. In general, there is no one around as they have all gone surfing. So I have been watching movies, playing pool and darts all on my own. It hasn't been so bad though, the movies they have are quite good and I can do whatever I want. The only problem is that I have run out of essential items of food i.e. milk for cereals and bread for butter and jam. There are no supermarkets or shops nearby so I am having to starve! Ok maybe a bit of exaggeration, I can but snacks from the fridge and the lady gave me some apples and tortillas so they have kept me going. After all the pool and darts I have played, I am getting pretty good again and I am looking forward to kicking people's asses when I play them. In the evening I was talking to a person from California. I think it is a girl but I couldn't be sure. If it was, she was definitely a bit of a tom boy! She was a surfer and she had been to quite a few beaches around the world. It was good to talk to someone after a day of more or less silence. I decided not to go surfing today and I don't think I will be going tomorrow either. I have decided to wait until I get to Australia where it is more popular. I went to bed early as I had nothing better to do! Tomorrow should be better as the Stray bus arrives then.

Weird!
Did you ever find out if the person was a girl or a boy?
