14.35 - After yet another lie to reduce the effects of a hangover, I woke to find the girls already up. I had already decided not to hang around with them today, I have things to do at the hostel including writing and sending a proposed itinerary so Mum and Dad know what I am doing. I should be in Wellington for my birthday and Mum will be able to meet me there. Unfortunately though I will not be able to go to New Plymouth as it is all flooded. It's just as well though because I wouldn't have time anyway. When I checked my e-mails I was again surprised and pleased to find that Seb and Colette had e-mailed me for the first time this trip. I replied of course. I also checked to see whether or not there were any bands touring Auckland but there were not that I could find. I have made some more friends as well. They are from Cheltenham in England and are my age. I am going to go down to the bar with them tonight so I will have to get some more money out which I didn't want to do really but they are nice so I will. Again though, they won't be staying around for long. I am going to go buy Meat Loaf tickets today for $87 but it should be worth it. I am thinking about going to stay with Jo's friend for the last week before I leave for a bit of luxury.

12.07 - It turned out to be an excellent night out in the Globe bar. They had a wet t-shirt competition in which one lass got her tits out! I spent all my money but it's good because my tips are funding me at the moment. Work was ok, same as always. Can't wait to finish there now.
