16.25 - Yeah, it's been that bad. I am bored out of my mind but on the other hand I have gotten quite a lot done. I had a relatively long lie-in probably due to the fact that I put a curtain up around my bunk using my duvet cover. After getting my compulsory shower and wash, I went to check in for another 5 nights. It was quite funny when a when a man in front of me in the queue went off on one complaining about a cold shower etc. I was quietly laughing to myself although he upset the attendant! After my nice breakfast I settled down in the "chill out area" to finish King Solomon's Mines which didn't take me that long at all. I then checked my e-mails and sent out replies to everyone. I was pleased to get an e-mail from Fred and Aunty at last. I also sent off the form for my IRD number which I need to get paid and to pay tax, hopefully I should get it tomorrow. For the rest of the day I have just sat and chilled, planning my route around the North Island of New Zealand. I found that I will have to change some of my plans as New Plymouth on the west coast is flooded so there is not point in going there. It was strange at the restaurant last night because I met a couple who were from Cullingworth back home! What a coincidence, it's a small world after all even over here on the other side of the world. This evening was quite good actually, I got talking to one of my room mates and instead of going to the cinema as I planned, I went to the Globe bar instead. It was quite good although I spent quite a bit of money. I showed them how to play pool too. I finally rolled in at 01.00!
