I flew to Trinidad because it only cost $60 and it saved me 10 hours on a bus. Bus trip in bolivia aren't the greatest. The busses are okay, but the roads are crap.

Tinidad was a neat city out in the jungle. The central square was full of tree sloths. I saw at least 4 there.
