Valle de la Luna (Vally of the Moon) was a really cool park. It is in the northern deserts and it has some really cool rock formations and canyons. I spent two nights in San Augustine and took a tour that took me to both near by parks, Valle de la Luna and Talampaya.
Valle de la Luna was really cool becuase it really looked like landscape you would find on the moon. It was very baren, white, and dry. Erosion had made many towers with large chunks of rock at the top.
Talampaya was different. It was a lot of deep canyons that had a very cool red/pink color. They had tower formations at this here as well and we got to see condors.
