Stayed for a couple days in Puerto Arenas. I wanted to see a penguin colony on Ilha Magdelena but the saturday ferry service hadnīt started up yet, so I saw the smaller colony on the mainland. It was cool. Theses are Magellenic Penguins, and when they are in the colony they live in burrows. It looks kinda like prarie dogs with them all standing outside thier holes.

Also have a picture of a satelite dish. It is pointed directly at a satelite in a pretty high orbit over the equator. It is almost parralel with the ground, because it is so far around the curve of the earth here.
