Yesterday we took a drive further East on the Glenn Highway to the Wrangell National Park.  The skys were clear so we were able to see all of the high peaks including Mt. Sanford at 16,237', Mt. Drum at 12,010', Mt. Wrangell at 14,162' and Mt. Blackburn at 16,000'.  We asked at the Gas Station and Visitor Center where we could view the Alaskan Pipeline, but couldn't find it.  All we know is that we did drive over it.  Speaking of gas stations, Marty filled up at $4.829/gallon yesterday.  That is by far the highest we have ever paid.  We did see gas in Healy, AK for $5.15/gallon so at least we haven't paid over $5 yet.  For some reason we can't get our portable grill to work which came with the RV rental.  We are forced to cook in the RV.  Instead of Hamburgers, Marty made his awesome meatballs and sauce with garlic bread.  Today we are taking a hike to a Mud Spring in the Tolsona Creek valley. Tempature is 49F but going up to 66F.
