Drew back the curtains this morning to a blue sky, just as well as we now have 3 days at sea en route to Darwin so hoping it continues. Always plenty to occupy you on board but now the carpet bowls, golf putting, lectures and quizzes can wait.
We enjoyed watching flying fish from the balcony as they skimmed across the blue waters.
My first task of the day was another session with the craft instructor, spent an hour in the lower deck craft room before heading on the top deck for a dip in the pool and then time for some sunbathing. It's 31 degrees, breezy on the top deck so took it very easy in and out of the shade.
The pool was refreshing the jacuzzi rather warm. Enjoyed a BBQ lunch and early afternoon retired to the cabin for a cool off and my daily blog
Not much else to be say about the day except it's been nice and relaxing.
Our Captain gives us a daily report at 12 noon and at the end of each port he says "From the Bridge - ALL IS WELL" you can hear the passengers joining in as he says ALL IS WELL.
A great friendly atmosphere on board.
Now sitting in the observatory listening to the pianist as we sip a drink, watching the sun go down before getting ready for our evening meal.
Tonight no theme to the evening but last night it was Tropical, everyone gets into the spirit of these themed evenings including us.
