Arrived late the 19th after a long but easy journey.
Santa Marta is not very beautiful so we are moving to Taganga nearby the 20th morning. From there we should be able to enjoy the Northern beach and Tayrona.

Taganga is very pleasing. It feels weird to see other "white" tourists and again some French people. The beach is good but could be cleaner. Very good atmosphere and I really like the place. Grilled fishes are top and as always, the juices are irresistible.

We went to Tayrona and it was sublime. 2 hours bus. 1 hour walk in the jungle to Arrecifes beach and then another 1 h to Coba San Juan. Coba was one of the best beach I have seen, and I have seen to a few. Simply paradise. We spent the night there and had a good evening with many French people. It is incredible how many French are in Colombia!! and in the world!! I never thought I would meet that many. The weather was average on the way but the day after was beautiful.
Walked to the "Pueblito", ancient village uphill, before going back to Taganga to sleep there.

Tomorrow, bus to Cartagena.
