The landscape is now more and more Alpine, something I'm more used to. Still, it's very nice, the lakes and ice blue rivers making it even better.

I stooped at Wanaka and the weather being perfect again, I could not resist for a walk in the surrounding mountains. Not to make it worse for my feet, I've walked in flip flop, which was quite challenging but very rewarding.
 
Tomorrow, Doubtful Sounds with a 6am wake up (5am really as we moved the clock forward 1h today)
