As hot as ever... program will this time be Thai cooking lessons + more trekkings. I saw Neil during an evening, (met him in Hue, Vietnam), playing pool, drinking beers and watching Les Bleus only drew against Romania.
The 3 days in Chiang Mai were really good. Firstly, the owner from the Guest House I partied with during New Year recognized me so I had very good rate for the room, good trekk and good cooking.
I am actually now the prowd owner of a "Basic Thai Cooking" certificate, meaning that I masterize Pad Thai, Tom Yam soup, Chicken and nuts, Green curry and banana rolls. It was lots of fun and good food.
The trekking was more touristic and confirmed my good decision to go to Pai instead 2 months ago. Still, it was fun to ride an elephant and do some rafting.
