Arrived in Nha Trang after a not too bad night in the sleeper bus. For once the weather seems almost OK but the intense rain of the last days still makes the visibility not good enough for snorkeling. I may stay at this beach resort for 2 or 3 days, before going to Dalat. The beach is really nice, empty while people are working or at school and very lively from 4 or 5 pm. There are big football games everywhere.

My camera just caught a new virus after my memory card has been cleaned the day before. Soooo annoying. People have tried to explain to me how to download photos even when a virus does not allow you to but I must be too stupid. I'll try again.

Change of plan: I just missed the morning bus to Dalat so I'll stay here longer (1 or 2 days). From different feedbacks, I've decided not to go to Dalat at all and enjoy the return of the sun by the beach. Yesterday boat trip around the nearby islands was really good and the evening that followed was not bad either.

Spent the afternoon walking along the beach, enjoying the sun after so much rain the days before. The beach is packed but not like in Europe where there are thousands of towels and people improving their tan. Here the women want to be as white as possible, so they just wear long sleaves and even gloves.
