Well today was the day one of us had to go, so once again (So glad I don't have to drive this stupid route again - Ben) we headed to Orlando to drop Michelle off. We squared up the finances with her, said our goodbyes, and then turned right around and started for Tallahassee, or more accurately, Wakulla Springs. Since I had been driving for the last 3 days (150 mile round trip 3 times) Nic took the wheel and drove all the way there. We arrived at about 4, found there wasn't a campsite at Wakulla, got messed around a bit by apparent locals who thought they knew where there was camping but actually there wasn't, before finally finding somewhere to pitch camp. It was the cheapest place we stayed at $15 a night, and still had all the facilities and NONE OF THE ******* ANTS.

Yeah I'm going to rant off-topic briefly. The ants in Orlando were HORRIBLE. we didn't notice on the first day as we weren't there but when we came back from Universal Studios they were all over the inside of both tents, for no real reason! We had no food of any kind (fear of Bears) in either tent. We attempted to clear them out but they returned the following day and all of us got bitten to varying degrees (I got it worst! - Abi). It was so bad we were standing in a Walmart in Wakulla 400 miles from Orlando some 12 hours later and I noticed an ant on my T-shirt. Abi found several the next day. So be warned! Fear the Ant - not the Bear - in the State park near Orlando!

Anyway back on topic. We decided to find somewhere local to sit down and eat for the evening so we set off and found this place on the river that was in the middle of nowhere but clearly doing well for itself. It was a very quaint place that was open air and the food was delicious and the prices were pretty good too. We even got an extra (free - Nic) starter they served us by accident and let us keep.

Thats pretty much all for that day, tomorrow we were heading to Wakulla Springs!
