Well we had finished with boston so it was on to Cape Cod. Noone had any real idea what to expect there and we had nothing booked so we just went and hoped we could find somewhere to stay. Several hours later we arrived near Province Town to find a Camp ground RIGHT on the edge of town. Score! We thought. 'Till we paid what was due... $136 for 2 nights! That's 4 times what we paid to stay just outside boston! Anyway after choking that down we set up camp and headed into Province town, had some very nice burgers and kept walking... and walking... and walking. We eventually ran out ofland but found a man-made cause way to walk on. So we carried on and an HOUR LATER we reached the other side. It was a pretty epic causeway. Since it was getting late and the tide was coming in and noone wanted to be stuck on the spit of land we found ourselves on we turned around and walked back. We arrived back at the campsite very achy and ready for bed. We enjoyed some beef stew and beer and went to bed. It soon started raining and that's when the trouble began. Water started invading my personal space. I did try shouting at it, but it ignored me and carried on after trying to all bunch up in the middle and not being very comfortable, two of us moved to the car to attempt to sleep while the others stayed in the very centre of the now useless 'tent'. Needless to say none of us got much sleep that night.
