Pai

Slowly up the mountains in a beat-up old bus we climbed, away from Chiang Mai, then at the peak we dropped sharply down towards Pai. Pai in the Sky, a sleepy little town which has crept up amongst the most beautiful countryside and set out around the snaking river Mai Nam Pai, it is surrounded by mountains on all sides. Here we experienced our first Full Moon party, went elephant trekking and spent a lot of time drinking green tea and reading books. It's a great place to do nothing - Pai. We are loving our daily Slice of Pai!
