We are having a brilliant time here doing nothing in particualr and enjoying the cooler climate. McLeod Ganj is the official residence of the Dalai Lama in exile. For the first time since England we are back under a duvet at night instead of sweating it out under a fan in India's dustbowl plains. The snow capped Himalayas look down on us, as we in turn look down upon the pine forest valleys. There are also many movie houses here showing recent films like Crash, Munich, Capote and Brokeback Mountain so we've done a bit of catching up. We not ready to leave here yet, but with our flight now booked we have at last a schedule to keep to. So next we move onto Delhi where it has been 43C this week - ouch!
