The only thing to report about this day of travel is the fact that we sat freezing cold on the bus for 5 hours, all literally wearing 4-5 layers of clothing and still freezing our asses off, only to find out when we arrived that the bus actually had amazing heating, but it wasn't on because 'we didn't ask'! When 5 foreigners are sitting in 4 layers and keep putting on more layers, you'd think they'd get the hint. We naturally made sure we wouldn't make that mistake again. So the next bus journey turned out to be even more bizarre in terms of temperature, with the buses air con going from absolute zero (-274 kelvin for those of you who forgot your gcse sciences) to a temperature roughly that of the earth's core. I must have changed from 3-1-3 layers of clothing about 6 times on that trip, at one point i had my socks and shoes off and was considering removing my trousers!
