Prague stepping stone to Europe!
Well who would have thought we would end up here first. The reason for this change in plan from going to spain was simple, the flight was cheap and so are we. Also seeing as we are very lazy we didn't get round to booking it till the day before and so faced the problem of finding a bed. Prague is great fun, full of old buildings like the rest of europe, you have to limit the number of photos you take because almost every thing is note worthy. We spent today on a free walking tour of the city which was a great way to see all the best bits of it and save a few dollars. The palace and churches are great and very ornate with lots of gold decoration, mosaics and paintings. It can be a shame to see it sometimes when you think that to build such structures many of the poorer people starved, I'm not a religous person and thats one of the reasons why. The weather is better here than in england but its still too cold I haven't been able to wear shorts since I arrived which is terrible considering its ment to be summer. On the plus side its not raining yet. We'll be moving on to Vienna, austria in a few days which is ment to just as beautiful. On a pesonal note to my brothers, the tour took us to a garden that was built by a very rich and powerful general *he was assasinated as a result of his influence* but in the garden was an avairy which contained a family of hooty dukes. I got pictures. Till next time. James
