After our pleasant overnight sail to Sardinia we anchored in a gorgeous little bay called Malfatano.
We tried to go ashore in the dinghy, but a guy on the beach waved us away and blew his whistle at us. We realised that because there were people swimming at the beach they don't allow yachties to go ashore in their boats.
We waited until the next morning and went ashore before people arrived to sunbake on the beach.
We decided to spend the day here so the boys could catch up with schoolwork and and we could swim and enjoy the nice beach before heading over to Cagliari, where we are to meet Pete's sister Alison.
