So, Paris is fabulous. I think so far it is my favourite place. Everything is just so grand. I arrived in Paris the last week of August with my parents. We stayed a Best Western with the tinest elevator. I mostly used the stairs since it was tough for the three of us to fit into it. :) I am so glad this summer Jess and I spend out Monday nights running up and down the stairs of the escarpment, it really did prepare me for this trip...

The first night we headed to Notre Dame. This was definitly one of my favourite things in Paris. Everything about this Catherdral was just so detailed. I can't believe that a building could be so detailed. I mean, whenever I went to church at St. Stans in Hamilton I would always be so amused by the detail, such as the ceiling, but Notre Dame, my goodness, it was just amazing.

Of course there were some street performers outside etc. The next day we ventured into the city. We grabed some fresh bread and fruit from market ally near our hotel and started our day. We took a double decker bus tour of all the famous landmarks, The Eiffel Tower, The Arc De Triompe, Champs de Elysse, The Lovur etc.

Absolutely loved it.
