Long day....

After Melide, we drove to Lugo. The only reason why we came here is visit the Roman Walls of Lugo. The walls were built in the 3rd century (!!!) by the Romans to defend the town of lucus. The entire circuit walls remain intact until present day! It is considered the finest example of later Roman fortifications in western Europe, by UNESCO World Heritage.... :)
