We came back to Barcelona on Christmas time again.
Lucia, Carmen and Pol (our little cousins) enjoyed the "Caga-tió" on 26th. Caga-tió is a Catalan mythological wooden fella who has to be fed since the beginning of December. When this little guy is ready (more or less on 24th), children sing to him and he is so happy that he begins to defecate small presents for them. Days after that, our other cousins (the parents of Lucia, Carmen and Pol), who are a bit older, prepared an amazing activity in the heights..., it took place on the trees no less! On 29th night, everyone dressed up. Pol was a very young camouflage soldier; Carmen was a cute shepherdess; and Lucia was a pretty angel. For the rest "mature" ones, the theme was "The 60s".
To summarize... We had a great time there! Thank you guys! More thumbnails ...
