1st day of clinic.  All i can say is wow.  To start things off we couldn't sleep and woke up at 4 in the morning.  Drat!  Then we had breakfast around 6 and got everything ready for clinic, or so we thought.  As we were loading up on the bus, we found out that our tables were not on the premisis.  They didn't get shipped with our luggage to the resort.  SO, needless to say, Clinic was extremely interesting yesterday.  We are supposed to have them today, but I haven't seen them yet.  You would think as many times as some of our faculty have been on this trip, they would have already worked out all the bugs.  Oh well.
     Anyway, so it took around a half hour to get to the hospitial.  We had a small intoduction welcome from the hospital director.  Then it was time to figure out how we were going to adjust people today.  We ended up using these desks that were about waist high.  So it was going to be a cervical chair on everyone and figure out everything else.  In clinic i saw some crazy things.  Anywhere from 90 some year old women that seemed like they were tough as nail to my youngest person that was 22.  Towards the end of the day I felt like i was running a geriatric clinic.  Had some troubles with adjusting at the end of the day also.  Kind of hard to figure out how to get them to relax when you can't speak the language.
   After we got back, i decided to get all my notes for the patients done right away so that I could just relax after dinner.  Dinner was at the aisian restaraunt again.  Still pretty good food.  After that we walked around and found out that there was some sort of reception at the pool so that was out of commission.  So we went to the other pool and swam for a few minutes before heading up to bed.  Very tired from clinic and all.  Hope all is well.  Miss you all!
