An early rise today.
We were up at 0530 and where going to try and climb the hill in Luang Prabang and watch the sunrise, but it was still overcast!
We just got breakfast and a quick ride up to the bus station before settling in for a 7 hour ass numbing bus ride to Vang Vieng. The scenery was beautiful but man the roads were bumpy! Unfortunately the stereotypical Obnoxious 40 year old yank that has been stalking us for the last 3 days was on the bus as well......
Vang vieng was great to arrive in! We met a Cool American dude and two cool Israelis before getting set up in our guest house and going out for a few drinks. There is an Aussie bar in town ran by an old bloke called steve, and I truly do believe this man has the coldest beer in Laos!!!
The night got messy in the best possible way before we got drenched in a sudden down pour on the way home, a good night!
