We have been spending the last few weeks in the north of New Zealand and around Auckland. The bay of islands has been fantastically beautiful and we spent a few days sailing, fishing and exploring small coves and beaches. We found one small village called Russell that we particularly liked as it reminded us of Dartmouth in Cornwall, it had even had a small car ferry. Joe and Ash came up for a few days and we went sailing on a huge catamaran and saw some dolphins. In the evening we caught snapper off the rocks and ate them with a few bottles of chardonnay, Lovely.
It was then back down to Auckland to sell our traney. We put an advert on the notice board of some hostel's clean and polished it and waited for the calls to come. The phone ran only once but luckily they loved it and we even made some money on it ( Just as well or I wouldn't of been able to show my face in a car show room again). We were really happy as we basically drove all round New Zealand for free.
We only have a few days left before we move on to the cook islands for our second honeymoon.
