Woke up at 7:15 am and out to the gym.
The gym is about the size of my living room, not very big, but the equipment is fairly new. By 7:45, I decide I've pumped enough blood, especially that I will not be having breakfast this morning since I want to keep my appetite for the upcoming brunch at Lydia’s.
By 8 o'clock am, it is hot, probably around 28’C already, so I trade my sweaty gym clothes and put on my  bikini. The brunch is only at 12;30, plenty of time to take a dip.

As previously read in reviews, there are multiple beach sellers, turning like a carousel around me and the merry go round starts  as soon as I try to lay in the sun. I had everything offered by sellers on beach; hair braiding, sail tours, aloe-vera rubs, seafaris, horseback, drugs, jet ski, jewelry...

I stay a few more hours under the sun, dipping occasionally, then return to my room to clean up for brunch time. Lydia has a dress code in effect, I find it is really hot to be dressed up.

Strangely, there is not a soul at the restaurant; as I wait on the entry deck, I’m told it’s not opened yet, it opens at 12;00…humm, my reservation is at 12;30, and it is 12;30, without having time to question, a seller lady from the crab hole village, the little pink hutts housing the resort legitimates sellers, flag me down, offering me to look at her stuff while waiting for Lydia to open up. She tells me it’s only 11;30…there I am once again, did not get scared enough with Bejing, did not wind back my watch yet. I screwed once again the timezones. I again have 1 hour to kill, so I go back to my room to get my camera; time to explore by foot.

The marina is a walking distance, very pretty.  The casino is a scam although a beautiful building. Lots of photo opps!

I finally proceed to get a seat for lunch. I’m still 15 minutes early, and Antiguan are known for being on time. I’m ushered to the bar for a drink while waiting. I order a mudslide, hungry, down it... too fast! History repeating itself, I guess I didn’t get the point yesterday upon arrival with the cool colored Hummingbird punch; the waiter shows me my table, right on the beach, which I access, trying hard to walk straight, the mudslide has gotten me borderline drunk. What the hell do they put in their drinks anyways?

Lydia’s renowned  brunch ain't that fabulous as mentioned,I've  preferred last night hemisphere, although it is daytime and actually see what I’m eating. The staff is very friendly; awesome! Reggae music fills the air, staff is attentive and amused by my drinking Coca Cola…hell, no more mudslide until I remember my name.
Sand flies are minuscule flies, size of a pin, tickling me more than anything else.

Spent afternoon at the pool venturing for an occasional sefl-served colada; at least I can control the amount of rum in it.  I fell asleep in the jacuzzi, combination of many pina coladas and hot sun! I wake up, get out, the mermaid now looks exactly like a cooked maritime lobster!

Beach sellers are annoying; they are very friendly until you say NO,  and mean NO...then they become arrogant! They really are obnoxious, tail-gating you all day.

There's a loud British fellow who presents himself and his friend; Winston and Nathalia. He's a flight attendant for British Airways, playing offshore poker tournaments. I thought offshore poker was played online, but I guess it's done locally as well.

Sky clear, about 27' at 9pm Eastern Time. Today was again 30'...not much varation, 26'at sundown, 31' at sunrise.
