Adelaide to Melbourne

It is summer in Adelaide and temperatures have been up to 40C. My son, Jason, arrived at 7.00am to pick us up to take us to the Adelaide airport. It was good that Barbara had insisted that I check that our flight was checked all the way from Adelaide to Madrid. When I called Qantas they at first could not find us. The 7.45am flight had been cancelled and they failed to inform us of this. They had put us on a 6.45am flight. This was far too early for us, and as it was their fault for not informing us of the change, we were booked onto a 9.15am flight. It certainly pays to check flights as we would have missed our flight!
