The last few days have been pretty much adrenalining it up! The big one was the sky dive and it was unbelievable! It's gotta be one of the best things we've ever done! Vikki's done it before so she was calmer than I was by a long way but we did go right to the top and do the highest one possible, freefalling for a full minute from 15,000ft. It's not that scary once you get out of the plane and being attached to someone who does ten jumps a day also helps! It's just really really exhilirating. I'd recommend that you all go and do one as soon as possible. You'll love it. I think if we've got enough money left before we leave NZ we'll do another one! Check the pics anyway (i'm not in any pain, honest) and see what you think. There's none of Vikki coz it was expensive to get them done and she had them done last time. I've got a DVD as well which is funny, (message for Pete Will on it) but not sure I can load it up so might have to wait till July to see it, i'll try though.
We than drove west to the Glacier country and I did a half days guided hike at Franz Josef which was really good as well
We also went to watch a super 14is rugby union game last night in Christchurch. First game of the season for the Canterbury Crusaders. Dan Carter was playing and Richie McCaw so we got to see some of the All Blacks in club action (were these any of your boyfriends Katy K?!?). While we're on the subject as well we've discovered that New Zealand have some funny names for theire sports teams although not that inventive! The basketball team are called the 'Tall Blacks' and the football team are called the 'All Whites'. Idiots!
Your always bumping into people travelling who you saw a few days earlier etc but in Queenstown we were chatting to some lads and another lad and his bird came over and he was someone Vikki travelled with in OZ when she came 4 years ago. Totally wierd. Small world! Thought you might want to know that.
So far so good for NZ
Really missing everyone!

. Vikki spent the day reading for this one, again coz she's done it before and we're trying to spend less! New Zealand is a big drain on the budget! We spent 4-5 hours hiking and about 2 hours on the actual glacier, climbing in to ice caves and cravasses etc, It was a pretty cool way to spend some time and get some fitness going! . It's a top place to be and to come and visit. I'm getting sick of driving and sleeping in the bleeding van though so looking forward to phrase 3 and the much anticipated but feared South America in 2 weeks time. Trying to learn Spanish at the minute but my concentration span for it is poor so I only know how to order a cooked breakfast. Always thinking of my stomach, Yessss! Anyway got some more things to be doing here before we think too much about that! Dolphin swimming tomorrow and who knows what next! Take it easy! ;o)Really missing everyone!
