we flopped off the boat pretty pronto in the morning, and after catching up with some emaisl and sharing some onion bhajis at a road side shack, before making tracks to the bus station.
We bounced us along for a couple of hours and then had to change buses at a place called Kottyam, this is where we parted ways with Kit we were bound for a hill station in the mountains, and Kit...somewhere else!
Sp we bounced along for a further couple of hours and then thr driver took a break at another station. Leah and I are sat chating in trhe bus, we look avross to the next bus, and who should we see - Mr Kit Barron himself!
He then skipped buses, changing his plans and joined us on our bus to Kumily.
We arrived in the thick of the night but the town was still buzzing, it was only a small town but I had really good feeling about it.
We enjoyed some Chai (REALLY milky tea, made primarily with milk, then a drop of tea, and also cardamon, ginger and lots of sugar) and browsed a few of the shops before bed.
