We checked out from the hotel around 10AM and drove to the airport. We waited while DH returned the SUV. The line to check in was long but quick. Jet Blue only allows 50lbs weight for check in luggage and there were people opening their luggage and removing some clothes and transferring to another. I use packing cubes so that in the event we have to open our luggage in the airport we don't have to expose what's inside. We, also carry a lightweight luggage scale that we bought from Magellan's so we know how much our luggage weighs.
     After we checked in we came out of the "check in" building then we went inside the airport passing through Aruba Customs then we picked up our check in luggage and took it to the US Customs. This is the good thing here in Aruba. We don't have to go to the US Customs when we arrive in the US. We had lunch at the airport.
     The flight was on time. When we arrived at JFK, the pilot said welcome back to reality. Ha ha ha. We picked up our luggage from the carousel and saw my co-worker Natalie with her boyfriend. They just arrived from Cancun. We took the elevator to skyway. The elevator stopped on the third floor and DH went out and looked around and was unsure if we were on the right floor. DH asked the couple who were coming into the elevator if this is the floor to skyway and the woman said it was but the man was not sure about his answer. The woman insisted and told us that we have to get out of the elevator now. I got suspicious and did not come out but peek outside. I did not see any sign of skyway. The woman was upset with me for holding the elevator which I did so that DH and the kids can come back in to go one more flight up. When we got out of the 4th floor we saw the big skyway sign. The couple got out of the elevator too and was headed to skyway. I looked at their direction and the woman had her head down and walked slow so that they don't have to catch up with us because if they did she will surely hear from me. What a .......!!!!!!
     We picked up our SUV from the long term parking and drove home. We arrived shortly after midnight.
