Forbidden Broadway is one of the most fun shows in the city. There have been several different versions in production, one of which we saw five years ago. It was hysterical so we decided to see it again. My mom, dad, Michael, Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Debbie, Cari and I all drove into the city and ate at one of my favorite Italian restaurants, Daniela's. We then made our way over to the extremely small theater to see the show. They made fun of every Broadway show but were particularly harsh on the Disney shows (The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins and Tarzan), Les Mis and the shows based on the music of certain bands and singers (Movin' Out, The Times They Are A'Changing and Lennon). The show was great, but only certain parts were as funny as I'd remembered. Would I see it again? Eh, I'd rather see the actual shows.
