And now at last the time had come. SHEIKRA. This is the big daddy of Busch Gardens…not one but TWO 90 degree vertical drops from 200ft and loops in between. I tell you what…it’s B****Y high. When you are at the top of the drop, it points you over edge and holds you there for about 3 seconds. Unlike Alton Towers’ Oblivion, Sheikra has no floor, so your feet are hanging.
After Sheikra, we walked around and just went on the rides in the order we came to them. We went on Kumba, which is Swahili for *****strong****. It has one of the biggest loops in the US: - the lift hill actually goes through the loop. The Scorpion was little but very fast. We had some lunch, an all you can eat pasta, pizza and salad buffet. The sun was warming up now. So for some insane reason, we went on Tidal Wave, and got soaked. Then we went on Rhino Rally. This was a jeep safari, and we had a really funny guide. At the beginning we went past the elephants and he said ’so if you look on your left you will see some of the ugliest animals on the planet, just behind the fence, those are called PEOPLE.’ The path to the ride went past the elephants so you could see everyone watching them. As we went through our first ford he told us to lift up our feet if we didn’t want to get wet (which was a joke) and then he said ‘if you look to the right you will see something over there, if you can see what I see, that is called ‘water’
Then we went on the train and got off in Niarobi to go on Montu, which was the last of the Big 5 that we needed to do. I think after that we had hot fudge brownie sundaes. Ah, life is good.
