I recently realized that I could find this page by simply searching: Leon Nicaragua Lazy Bones. You can read more about this great hostel and see photos at www.travelpod.com and search for me, ats2bad. My blog, Christmas Tree Banana Tree has  pictures from Lazy Bones.This is my favorite hostel of all of my travels: Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and more. The staff is excellent. I walked away from my camera and left it on a table. They had it at the front desk. A few days later, they handed me the key chain that they usually see hanging from my neck. I donīt lose things, I misplace them !
The breakfast choices are excellent. The entire place is very clean, including the pool. The dorm room is very cool because of fans, a high ceiling and ventilation. The computers always work.and there is wifi. Lazy Bones is bright and open, not dark and closed in like some other places Iīve been. Itīs a 50 cent bus ride to the beach.( see beach pics above - Oasis and Roco bars). There is a grocery store and a post office three blocks away. It feels safe here.I thought I would stay here in Leon for a few days. It is turning into a few weeks, and more.   Please see my pictures on travelpod.
