I did teacher training at a local English school here in Managua. They want me to come on a regular basis . It was lots of fun. When do you use do and make? ( I'll make dinner if you do the dishes) I really enjoy teaching.          

I went to hear the Nicaraguan "Bob Dylan" John Lennon" "Don Ho" and "Riggy Lavelle" . His name is Carlos Mejia Godoy. A singer songwriter, He wrote the revolution songs and the national song of Nicaragua.  He has his own club, a big grass shack, where he, his brothers and others put on a show of his "hits". Accordion, marimba, bass, keyboards, 3 acoustic guitars. 6/8  time, waltzes and old time ballads. The crowd, the elite of Managua, loved him and hung onto every word. He was a Sandinista, a revolutionary from the 70's. The Sandinistas came back into power.-just 2 weeks ago, with Daniel Ortega. It was well worth the 10 dollar cover charge. I wonder how many CIA agents were sitting there with me?

Bowl of Soup: I  didn't want musch to eat , so I ordered the "soup of the day". Everyone at my table laughed when this big bowm came with large pieces of vegetables and meat. The menu said 80 cordobas. It was a 4 dollar bowl of soup!
